The Westmont Hilltop Recreation Commission (WHRC) has been established to revitalize community engagement with local parks and public recreational facilities. WHRC aims to foster this connection through a range of high-quality programs and activities in safe, clean, and welcoming spaces. These opportunities are designed for all ages, promoting healthy lifestyles, building friendships, and creating lasting memories.
